![]() All management could say was "we haven't had no trouble with this cabin since your family has stayed in it". First we didnt have hot water 3 of the 4 nights we stayed there, pilot kept going out. My family and I resently stayed at Hidden Mountains in cabin 4049 titled "Above and Beyond" it was beyond terrible. Me and my family have stayed at Hidden Mountain Resorts for many years. One of the light fixtures was broke, a screen on the outside window was falling out, and the faucet in one of the bathrooms was loose and about to fall. For $200 a night you should have the basic neccesities like hot water and a dryer forget the luxuries. I had to hang towels on doors to get them to dry. Besides not having hot water, the dryer didn't work, one of the outlet's in the wall didn't have a cover and my small baby could of got electricuted. Everyone's time is precious and managment did not care that there was a problem or that we were delayed and angry. ![]() So we lost time on our vaction waiting to take a shower. We were furious because it needed to be fixed and they said " pilot's sometimes go out" but not 3 times!!!!!!! We had to wait at least 45minutes for the water to re-heat before we could take a shower. The management can also provide guests with information on the surrounding area, which is full of sights to see and adventures to be had.Me and my family have stayed at Hidden Mountain Resorts for many years.
